The intrapreneurs do not bear any cost incurred by the firm because they are not the initial owners. These two types of people play a major role in deciding on the best market Niche for a new or an existing company to invest in. These changes have been brought by the evolving global markets and rapid technological innovations and so for any firm to remain competitive and relevant in the market it must adapt to new developments in entrepreneurial process. Through the adoption of the modern concepts of entrepreneurship such as intrapreneurs, companies are able to identify a business opportunity and create a brand from it through product innovation using the human and capital resources at the disposal (Di Domenico et al 2010: 681à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬703).2.0 Roles of Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneu rship in Business2.1 InnovationThey play a decisive role in during the implementation process of new and innovative ideas and practices in a company by the selected employees. The person supervising the implementation process plays the role of an intrapreneur. This is an important factor in maintaining a competitive edge of the company over its rivals in the market.2.2 To improve the performance of a companyThe investors plays a major role ensuring that the performance of their companies is the best In order to gain the market dominance and cope with the ever changing business environments and to fully satisfy the needs of the consumers (Di Domenico et al 2010: 681à ¢Ã¢â€š ¬703). Through intrapreneurship a firm can utilize all the resources that have not been be fully utilized and create a new product to improve its financial performance. This can only be achieved through multidimensional leadership whereby a more efficient resource utilization protocol is followed as well as keep ing the employees highly motivated in order to improve their output.2.3 Central Leader of the CompanyThe entrepreneur plays a major in the management of the business entity especially in a new business entity where he is tasked with organizing all the factors of production required for the business to start operating effectively. It is human for consumer to demand that facial trading. In the current times people prefer the smaller firms where there is contact and relationship building as opposed to the faceless multinationals. Many businesses have adopted an over the counter system of interaction with the customers as tool of marketing to create brand loyalty as well as keeping the customers satisfied.2.5 Creating a Brand CultureThe entrepreneur can open a restaurant which serves local or organic foods such as Tesco outlets and drive that culture of organic products and healthy foods to the customers to create brand loyalty and awareness while serving the consumers with what they want. This enables the consumers to identify with the company brand leading to increased turnover by the firm.2.6 NetworkingThese are the chains of connections among the various industry players such as firms and the internet service providers to ensure there is fluent flow of information and exchange of ideas for maximum utilization of resources. Networking is an important aspect for competitiveness of an organization. The entrepreneur can venture to the external networks to learn on new innovative ways to improve the operations of his company leading efficiency in production.3.0 Factors that Promote EntrepreneurshipIn order for the firms to maintain and cope with the competition of the global market today, the management must adopt systems and factors which are geared towards future innovations and entrepreneurial culture relevant to the market demands. These factors include; * An effective Performance appraisal: This is an important aspect in ensuring that employees are rewarded efficiently in order to spur them to work towards the entrepreneurial blue prints set by the founder of the organization responsibility in production process (Molina Callahan, 2009: P388-400). * Management support: The top management of a company must be willing to promote intrapreneurship amongst its employees in order to ensure maximum utilization of resources. This is possible by encouraging the employees to be innovative and providing an enabling platform form for them to showcase their ideas. * Availability of resources: In order for the employees and investors to fulfill their innovative ideas should be readily available resources even if they are scarce. Joseph Stalin was a fearless leader. He brung terror and fear into the people of Russia (History). They wouldnt go against him, knowing that they would be killed. After a while of this the soviet people started to grow fearful of stalin no longer wanting to go against him†(Library of Congress). For all of the stuff he did they began to fear him. Which eventually kept him in office for so long. They feared to go again him knowing that they could die. The Soviet Union and 1984 leaders had much in common. They both wanted power and respect. Big Brother was the keeper of everything. Even though he was never seen. Even sometime it was physical pain they were put into in order to get them to show their loyalty. They thought of him as a god. They worship them just as they worship joseph stalin. Life under 1984 were the same. They both had a ruler whose rules were that were outrages. The Soviet Union was broken down in categories. These catergy are making a major difference in the separation of the soviet people. Although they are still broken up they still follow the same leader. The encyclopedia states, â€Å"Soviet industry was owned and managed by the state, and agricultural land was divided into state farms, collective farms, and small, privately held plots† (encyclopedia). What this is say is that, they are put in these categories and have to follow those rules set with the land they have. Those rules are managed by Joseph. Although the people of oceania may not know but they are indeed the same. They follow Big Brother rules. They have land that is broken up just like the Soviet Union,but they are enemies of each other. But they follow they same rules. There is no difference. Orwell states, â€Å" Everywhere there is the same pyramid structure the same worship of semi divine leaders, the same economy exiting by and for continuous warfare. It foll ows that the three superstates not only cannot conquer one another ,but would gain no advantage by doing so†(orwell 197) They were the same. The states could never have actually have war with each other. Life under The Soviet Union and under 1984 were the same. They were broken up in â€Å"states† , but they were ultimately the same. At first there was no one there to try and stop the group. The people were to scare ,until a group came together. There a group that was going again the Soviet union. They were trying to stop them from the horrible things they were doing to the innocent people. BBC states, â€Å"Islamic insurgent groups called the Mujahideen, were determined to fight against the Soviets†(BBC). Due to the mass killing that the soviet leader had ordered they were determined to take the Soviet Union down. Oceania also had a group like this. The wanted to defeat the government for their abuse of power and what they had done to their land. This group was called the brotherhood. It was a very secretive group that not many people could join. If they would have gotten caught they would have been putting in jail. According to orwell â€Å" we believe that there is some type of conspiracy,some kind of secret organization working against the party and that you are involved in it. We want want to join in and work for it. we are enemies of the party†(Orwell 170). There was a secret organization jus like in the Soviet Union, that goes against their leader. Life under both was hard they wanted to take their government down,but they knew what was at stake. Even though one was successful and the other one wasnt, the fact that they risked their lives to save others is a great thing. They had organization going against leader. Powerful leaders that had many followers. Lastly the Soviet Union has had many problems with Famine under the control of Stalin. The government would give them so little things to survive not just on food, but on clothes,and toiletries. Life under both was hardly survivable. It could go back to the same way if we have the wrong people in charge of our government or another countrys government. What is art? Persuasive Essay Art is an area of knowledge and also a means of communicating or expressing emotions. Art can be in any form, visual forms and intangible forms. Picasso has said,† Art is a lie that brings us nearer to the truth†. According to his perspective art is a lie because it is expressing one’s imagination and creativity. For example, if one pains a scenery of mountain out of his own imagination, then it will be a lie because such a mountain doesn’t exit’s but it brings the artist as well as the observers nearer to the truth that is the emotion underlying in the painting. Hence Art can be an area of knowledge because it shows the observers the knowledge of emotions via sense perception as a way of knowing. An artist adds to his painting what he feels, for example he may use dark colours if he is feeling gloomy and sad at the time. A spectator sees in the painting what he feels. For example, a painting of a dead insect will make someone sad while someone angry. It depends a lot on one’s perception and perspective.  Something is art if it fulfills the 3 criteria’s- intentions of the artist, the quality of work and response of spectators. However according to me if something just expresses emotions, then it is an art. For example, a person singing a song to himself because he is sad may not intend to create an artistic piece however he may still convey his emotion. The person may be a bad singer and the audience may not understand his situation, still his song can be a piece of art because he is expressing his sad melancholy emotions through it. Hence according to me, anything is art if it conveys emotions or has emotions added to it. How does the context of a piece of art limit or enhance one’s understanding of something as art?  Everyone has a difference perspective and different taste. Context of art may include what the art piece is about or the subject of art or what is implied from it or the kind of emotion which it reflects. Although anything which expresses emotion is termed as art but almost majority population judge something to be art depending on the type of emotion which it reflects. For example, there is a painting of a book and a painting of a tree. A person who hates studies may not consider the painting of book as an art because it may evoke hatred in his mind. This has happened because of the subject of the painting; Furthermore, if he likes nature, then he is likely to consider the painting of tree as a very good art. This has also happened because of the subject of art that is a tree which evokes sense of peace in his mind. Therefore, here the context of art has limited as well as enhanced one’s understanding of something as an art. It can be concluded that it depends on the observer entirely because it is what he sees in it.
